For us the Customer is at the center of everything: for this reason if, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request their return and obtain a refund of the purchase price.
Return procedure
To activate the return procedure, you must perform the following operations:
- Send an email to buccia dimelapigiami@gmail.com or a whatsapp message to number 3475877994
- Specify the purchase order number together with the code of the goods you intend to return
- The returned product must reach Bubba Lab srls within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated the withdrawal. The responsibility for shipping the returned goods lies with the Customer.;
There are 2 ways to return the goods:
- 1) via our courier who will come to collect the package directly from your home at a cost of 10 euros which will be retained at the time of reimbursement.
- 2) you can send the package with the products to be returned with any courier you trust or to any Poste Italiane office (it is preferable to use a traceable method or one which in any case requires the issuing of a receipt; normal or priority mail is not recommended) . The receipt must be kept until the refund is received.
If you opt for method No.2, the costs of the return are borne by the Customer and vary depending on the rates applied by the appointed couriers or by Poste Italiane. It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Buccia di mela reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered by deducting it from the sums to be refunded.

Return conditions
In order for the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be respected:
- The guarantee seal and the authenticity label, present on all products sold on our site, must be intact;
- The products must be in the same condition as when shipped and must be packaged using our packaging if possible;
- The goods must not have been used or, in any case, altered in any other way.
Finally, please note that, pursuant to Italian legislation, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.
Return processing
Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, Peccia di mela will proceed with the refund. The Customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods. You are responsible for shipping costs and any customs clearance costs.
Once the return arrives at the warehouse, its contents are analyzed. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin.
If the Customer has returned an order paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself. The credit on the card will be available according to the times established by the credit institution that issued it. The buyer will receive evidence of this in the account statement.
All refunds relating to orders for which bank transfer or cash on delivery has been chosen are issued by bank transfer therefore in this case communication of the buyer's bank account details is required.

Substitutions
Items damaged, defective or not as ordered
If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Buccia di Mela undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos.
In the event of unavailability of the replacement product, Peccia di Mela offers to refund the buyer the entire amount of the order, including shipping costs. The refund will always be paid by Peccia di Mela.
The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the premises, the replacement product will be sent.
The defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using the same packaging if possible.
